The temperature throughout the country will fluctuate between +5°...+10°, and in the south and the Carpathians it will reach spring temperatures of +11°...+13°. However, the weather will be changeable: rain is expected in the west, and mostly cloudy with clearing in other regions.

- Kherson : Slightly cloudy, during the day +12°, at night +8°.
- Zaporizhzhia : Overcast, daytime +11°, night +7°.
- Simferopol : Cloudy with clearings, daytime +13°, night +9°.
Rain is expected in the west of the country, especially in Lviv, Lutsk and Rivne. Cloudiness will be minimal in the central and southern regions, which will provide pleasant weather for walks.
Such warming in January is surprising, because the temperature at +13° is more reminiscent of early spring than winter. Despite this, forecasters advise to be prepared for rains in the north-west and to remain alert due to changeable weather.
