The fat has long ceased to be just an element of Ukrainian cuisine - nowadays nutritionists are increasingly talking about its health benefits. However, according to experts, the effective effect of fat on the body is possible only if you adhere to a reasonable norm - not more than 30 grams per day.

For the benefit to be maximum, doctors recommend using fat in the morning and even on an empty stomach. In combination with vegetables flavored with natural oil and vinegar, the fat helps to saturate the body with antioxidants and provides the perfect start of the day.

Five reasons start a day with fat

The first reason is digestive stimulation. The fat activates bile synthesis, which promotes better digestion of food throughout the day. This is especially important for people with a sluggish gastrointestinal tract or those who suffer from digestive disorders.

The second is the strengthening of blood vessels and cardiovascular system. The fat contains fat -soluble vitamins A, D and E, as well as unsaturated fatty acids that help to cleanse the vessels of cholesterol plaques.
