Specialist in sports nutrition, Tara Collinguudud, certified coach of the American College of Sports Medicine, shared a list of products that help to fight overweight. She worked with professional athletes, including US tennis players and basketball players of the Orlando Medzhik NBA club, and emphasizes that proper nutrition is especially important after 40 years, when metabolism is slowing down.

These products are recommended for both women and men, in particular those who have extra fat in the abdomen, including the so -called "beer belly".
