Prosecutor of the General Prosecutor's Office Andreev Andriy is currently renovating two luxury houses in Koncha-Zaspa for $1.5 million each

These houses belong to him and his family.

It is interesting how exactly the prosecutor's family acquired such real estate (the houses are located on the territory of the children's health center, contrary to the urban planning documentation) and which of his colleagues helped him in this and continues to help him.

The Kyiv police are conducting criminal proceedings regarding the circumstances surrounding the seizure and construction of elite summer cottages on the territory of the children's health center located in Kyiv at Stolichne Shosse, No. 149 in Holosiivsky District (the same as Koncha-Zaspa). Qualification - according to part 5 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code fraud in particularly large amounts, which is a particularly serious crime.

Within the framework of the UE, it was established that a bankruptcy case was initiated in relation to the primary owner of the children's health complex, CJSC "Kyivguma". The manager Kudlyak was appointed, who rushed in time and began to illegally alienate land and unfinished objects in this territory (149 Stolichne shosse), which now has the appearance of an elite cottage town.

All this was covered up by the deputy head of the Department of Law Enforcement Supervision by the National Police of Ukraine and the bodies fighting against organized crime of the Prosecutor General's Office Andriy Vasylyovych Andreev, for which he was rewarded with two small houses (sort of bought, but at a significantly reduced price, not for 1.5 million dollars each).

The police tried to investigate the case, a judicial arrest was even imposed on these plots, but the procedural head, the prosecutor of the Kyiv local prosecutor's office Vlasov (and now the prosecutors of the Pechersk district of the capital) decided to help his colleague Andreev and not to request the transfer of the property to Arma, but instead Andreev and his wife are making repairs in the arrested houses and thanks friends from the Kyiv local prosecutor's office for this.

I would not like to overshadow the expectations of the housewarming for Andreev and his prosecutor friends, but as far as I know, the NAZK is already conducting an investigation into possible illegal enrichment on his part.

And by the way, the SBI opened proceedings on the fact of illegal enrichment and unreliable declaration by Andreev. So soon there will be a suspicion, not an invitation to a housewarming party.
