In social networks it is gaining momentum because of the inability to buy tickets for train in popular destinations. Passengers complain massively about Ukrzaliznytsia: tickets disappear a few seconds after the sale is opened, and subsequently appear three times more expensive in Telegram channels. The company replied that there is high demand in everything.
The company called for Ukrainians not at the cash desks, but in the mobile application, they say, so chances were more. But passengers do not agree with it.
“ I open the application at exactly 8:00 - and everything is bought. Instead, there are two tickets to the sleeping wagon for 2800 UAH. Did I sleep if the system helps so much? ”, - complains the user who tried to buy a ticket from Zaporozhye to Transcarpathia.
Some are proud that they were able to "hug" tickets thanks to constant monitoring of the application, but in the comments most are indignant: for each place - 4-5 people, and this is even before the work checks appears, or the system raises.
According to passengers, at 8:00 there is a sales of 20 days before the flight. But in a minute - no free space. And here the shadow scheme begins: the main part of the tickets boils bots or false accounts, and then the same tickets appear on Telegram - but several times more expensive.
“ This is not a demand, it's fraud. If there is no compartment or a placecard in a second, but then they magically arise in pursuits - then Ukrzaliznytsia is clearly in the topic , ”the outraged customers are convinced.
The biggest problems are recorded in international areas: Kyiv -Varshava, Lviv -Peremysl, Chernivtsi - Bukharest. In the internal connection, such as Kremenchuk-Lviv, the situation is a little better-the places appear, but quickly fly.
“ Seven days in a row was waiting for 8:00 to take tickets. And only the seventh , ”she shares the passenger who was only partially lucky.
What does Ukrzaliznytsia say
The company explains the situation by the disappearance of trains through war, occupation of territories, and increased demand in the summer. In addition, some of the tickets are rescued for children's groups and leave a reserve for servicemen.
At the same time, it does not relieve suspicion with "UZ": users are convinced that the problem is not only in demand, but also that the system allows automated bots to "catch" places.
“ The application has become worse. You either go through the "I am not a robot" with traffic lights, or see the system hangs at the moment of payment, and there are no tickets , ”the passengers say.
Users also offer Ukrzaliznytsia to cancel a limit of 20 days before the flight date. In their opinion, it only fueling a hype and promotes the shadow market.
