The National Civil Service Agency has released an updated Dashboard, which demonstrates key changes in the composition of civil servants of Ukraine for the first quarter of 2025. In total, 156 792 people now work in the civil service system-516 more than it was at the end of 2024.
At the same time, the number of positions on the staff list decreased to 191 890, and the number of vacancies decreased by 665 and is 30 522. The indicators indicate some reduction of unfilled positions and partial growth of actual staff.
Special attention is mobilized. Since the beginning of a full -scale invasion of the Armed Forces or Territorial Defense, 4401 civil servants were involved, of which 793 were women. Over the last quarter, this figure has increased by 85 people.
Tragic statistics: 145 civil servants were killed during the war, who were called to the front or died as a result of hostilities.
The information is presented in the format of public Dashboard-an analytical panel with open data, which allows anyone to track the dynamics of the civil service. The data is updated quarterly, and this is one example of transparency in the work of NADS.
