Entrants to note: what to do if they lost the NMT certificate

Entrants who plan to join higher education in 2025 will be able to use the results of the National Multi-Class Test (NMT) for any year from 2022 to 2025. This is provided by the legislation on the introductory campaign.

If the result of past years is higher than this year, the entrant has the right to submit it. And in the case of a desire to improve the result - to make a NMT again.

What to do if a certificate is lost

If the certificate is lost, damaged or found an error in personal data, it can be renewed. The Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment has provided two options:

The duplicate of the certificate is issued in the case of:

  • loss, theft or destruction of the document;

  • damage to the certificate, which is why the information became fuzzy or unavailable.

To obtain a duplicate, you must contact the Regional Center for Educational Quality Assessment and provide a package of supporting documents.

Re -certificate is issued if:

  • A mistake was found in the name, series or number of the identity document;

  • The gender of the certificate owner has changed.

However, in case of change of surname or name after registration, the repeated certificate is not made - the documents must be corresponding to the data that were submitted upon registration for the test.

What to pay attention to:

  • NMT certificates are valid for four years.

  • Choosing a certificate for entry - at the request of the entrant.

  • The loss of the document is not a sentence, it can be renewed.

It is important to know anyone who plans to enter in 2025 or wants to use preliminary tests.
