Housing without payment, a relative without income, an apartment in the center of the capital - at the disposal of the Deputy Head of the State Customs Service Vladislav Suvorov was elite real estate, the value of which can exceed $ 230 thousand.
This is stated in the material of the investigators of the detective bureau of ABSSolution.
According to the official declaration, Suvorov has been using the apartments in the Greenville Park residential complex from last year - one of the most expensive and modern in Kiev. An apartment with an area of 101 square meters, together with the parking room, was recorded on a woman named Olga Suvorov. Open data follows that it has no business, companies or officially declared income that would allow you to buy such real estate.
It seems that this apartment has become the main place of residence of the official. Greenville Park is located less than two kilometers from the head office of the State Customs Service - convenient and status.
According to analysts, such "gifts" of relatives can qualify as a sign of illegal enrichment or conflict of interest. If an official is able to use real estate free of charge and the owner cannot explain its origin, it is a direct reason to verify the NAPC or NABU.
Formally Suvorov declared free use. However, the mere fact of transferring real estate from a person without visible income - especially when it comes to the official, which is involved in the control of customs flows - raises the least question about transparency and integrity.
So far, no official reaction from the State Customs Service, NAPC or NABU has not received this situation. At the same time, the public calls for immediate verification of Vladislav Suvorov's property status and sources of origin of elite real estate.
