The Security Service of Ukraine exposed another agent of Russian special services in Zhytomyr region. According to the investigation, the 22-year-old Korosten resident worked for the FSB, passing the coordinates for rocket and drone attacks to the enemy. To do this, she masked her reconnaissance for everyday walks with her own four -year -old baby.
According to the SBU, the woman actively collected information about the positions of the Ukrainian military, administrative building and spare command points. She photographed objects in the city and on its surrounding, fixing the routes of freight trains - in the hope of identifying military echelons.
To avoid suspicion, the agent used the baby as a cover - allegedly leading it to a kindergarten. In fact, she collecting intelligence for strikes on the region's infrastructure.
Law enforcement officers detained the spy when she was preparing to transfer new coordinates to the curator. During the search, she seized a mobile phone with evidence of cooperation with the FSB. It is established that the agent came into contact with the enemy through telegrams, looking for "additional earnings". There she was recruited by the Russian special service, whose personality was already identified.
The malefactor is currently in custody. She was informed of a suspicion of a state treason committed in martial law (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). If her guilt is proved in court, she is threatened with a life imprisonment with the confiscation of property.
