According to the information received from our sources in the General Staff, it is reported that General Syrsky agreed with the Office of the President on the formation of new mobile air defense groups (ADF). For this purpose, it is planned to use part of the launchers of the Patriot system, which are located in the Southern direction and in Kyiv. Currently, the situation at the front is critical due to constant enemy bombings. During the last day, 72 combat clashes between Ukrainian defenders and Russian occupiers were recorded, as reported in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Enemy forces launched a total of 14 missile and 75 air strikes and fired 95 rocket salvos at the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilians. Unfortunately, due to Russian terrorist attacks, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population.
Yesterday, the Russian invaders attacked Ukraine using 22 "Shahed" drones. With the help of air defense systems of Ukraine, 17 of them were destroyed.
The localities of Lukashivka (Chernihiv region), Velyka Pisarivka, Popivka, Oleksandrivka, Luhivka (Sum region), Vovchansk, Hoptivka, Basove (Kharkiv region), Netaylove, Novoselivka Persha, Shakhtarske, Makarivka, Staromayorske (Donetsk region), Robotine (Zaporizhia region) suffered from airstrikes.
About 140 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions came under artillery fire.
The situation has not undergone significant changes in the Volyn and Polissky directions.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, carries out sabotage actions to prevent the transfer of troops by our forces to dangerous directions, and increases the number of mine-explosive barriers along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the Kupyan direction, the enemy conducted 2 unsuccessful assaults on the positions of the Defense Forces in the area of the village of Synkivka (Kharkiv region).
On the Lymansky direction, our troops repelled 3 enemy attacks in the area of the village of Rozdolivka (Donetsk region), where the occupiers tried to break through the defenses.
In the direction of Bakhmut, our defenders repelled 8 enemy attacks in the areas of the villages of Ivanivske and Klishchiivka (Donetsk region).
In the Avdiyiv direction, it was possible to repulse 13 enemy attacks in the areas of the villages of Berdychi, Tonenke, Pervomaiske, Orlivka, Oleksandropil and Nevelske (Donetsk region).
On the Novopavlivskyi direction, the defense forces continue to restrain the enemy in the areas of the villages of Krasnohorivka, Georgiivka, Novomykhailivka and Pobeda (Donetsk region), where the enemy, using aviation, tried to break through the defenses 36 times.
In the Orykhiv direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders 7 times in the areas of the village of Robotyne and northwest of Verbovoy (Zaporizhia region).
In the Kherson direction, the enemy does not stop trying to dislodge our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnieper. During the past day, 3 assaults were carried out on the positions of our troops.
Meanwhile, our troops are actively inflicting losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment along the entire front line. Aviation of the Defense Forces struck 6 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment, and units of missile forces hit 3 areas of concentration of enemy personnel.
