The private company "Defense Technologies", connected with the exponents of Yanukovych, Dmitry Pazak, received UAH 2 billion from the state to repair air defense systems. This raises serious issues, because the company has already disrupted the deadline for execution of contracts and even has a court decision on payment of fine and penalty.

Dmitry Plyatzuk's private company, for the period from 2022 to 2024, received almost UAH 2 billion from the state to repair air defense. In addition, according to Ukrainian Truth, state contracts for repair of air defense systems are performed without disclosing information on the origin of documentation and spare parts. And it becomes interesting: what does not want to show the extent of Yanukovych's regime?
Journalists were so interested in Mr. Plyatuk not by chance, because during Yanukovych he was the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine and was awarded the Order of Merit of III degree.
In January 2015, the exitman founded the company "Defense Technologies", whose office is located in Kiev, on Holosiivskyi Avenue, 114 in a regular apartment building, which also registered another 52 companies. And since 2016, this company has begun to buy parts of a bankrupt repair plant of engineering weapons, which specialized in the repair of military engineering equipment, including agricultural machinery, crossing and car cracks. It would seem, why do good, let it work for the benefit of the state. But here it is necessary to deal with the bankruptcy of this plant. Some very interesting situation is out. Dmitry Plyatuk was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine on February 18, 2012, and on November 16, 2012 on the State Enterprise "Nizhyn Repair Plant of Engineering Weapons", which belonged to the State Concern "Ukroboronprom", a bankruptcy case was initiated. And this is not vocal information, this is stated in the court order.
And it is here that it is also worth mentioning the equally important fact in the track record of Pazuk. Before he became the Deputy Minister, he worked as Deputy Director General of Ukroboronprom. A coincidence or a pattern of receiving a plant?
There is another interesting information here. On November 10, 2013, the SBU, together with the Alpha Group, entered the State Concern "Ukroboronprom" and carried out the removal of documents in the office of the company-special exporter "Ukrspecexport". At that time, the Mirror of the Week reported that such events are related to the active activity of the former heads of these companies, as well as Dmitry Salamatin Ministry of Defense and Dmitry Patatzuk for the sale of combat weapons. But the matter is just over. By the way, today, Mr. Salamatin is wanted on charges of seizure of someone else's property in particularly large amounts by abuse of his official position and state betrayal in the interests of the Russian Federation, subordination of defense, state and economic security of Ukraine by committing intentional actions. And here the matter did not concern any enrichment, and its purpose was to weaken the Ukrainian army.
Therefore, nowadays the production facilities of "Defense Technologies" are located in Nizhyn (Chernihiv region) on the basis of the former state -owned enterprise (SE) "Nizhyn repair plant of engineering weapons", which is put on privatization.
However, in 2022 the state alienated some objects in the plant. But already in April 2023, "Defense Technologies" owned by Plyatuk, were filed with court and demanded compensation of UAH 40 million and the return of these facilities.
To the government quarter for Pambuk to go no problem
During the martial law, you cannot go freely to the government quarter, you need to have a special pass. But for Pazuk, this is not a problem. Such a pass is ordered for him by the secretary of the People's Deputy from the faction of "Servant of the People" Igor Kopitin Zinor Ablyaziev. Recall that Kopitin is the chairman of the subcommittee on the defense industry of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence. Ablyaziev, according to Plyatuk himself, is also an employee of Baikar. For those who are not aware, it was this company that made bayrats for Ukraine. According to Kyiv 24, in 2021, one of Kopitin's assistants also had a power of attorney from Plyatka, which gave the right to represent the interests of the enterprise and sign documents during negotiations with the Turkish defense company.
The question arises: why is Yanukovych's exponent, a private entrepreneur has such large contracts, and state -owned companies do not? So in the investigation it is reported that some current top officials put pressure on the managers of the State Defense Complex for cooperation with Dmitry Pazuk.
And this is not the first time when the government order is given to Mr. Pamnok. In 2017, a contract for the repair and modernization of the Tunguska anti-aircraft missile and modernization of Tunguska for a foreign customer was concluded between the Defense Technology LLC and SE “Special Technoexport”. So how did the enterprise have access to documentation for repair of such products without the appropriate experience and is it able to perform such modernization at all? And most importantly, why the contract was not concluded with the SE “Balaklii Repair Plant” - the only specialized enterprise that has experience in such works? In addition, according to the media, the Balakli Repair Plant appealed to Ukroboronprom to attach it to the execution of this foreign economic contract. However, as you know, neither Ukroboronprom nor Special Technoexport then gave any response to the enterprise's appeal.
Well when you have influential friends
When analyzing this information, the right question arises: how does Mr. Pazuk manage to successfully master state treaties with any government? Apparently, the connections still help.
For example, one of these is Pavel Bukin, who held management positions in the defense sphere.
He was also the CEO of the State Concern "Ukroboronprom" from 2018 to 2019. And when he went from there, he successfully settled into the company of Pazuk. Every Cravda, today he migrated into Vienna, because he was suspected of Swinarchuk. Ukrainian truth says that Bukin is communicating with the patch. By the way, the family of which now also resides in Vienna.
As for the contract between the LLC "Defense Technologies" and SE "Specialtechnoexport", there is also its own liaison. And here you need to pay attention to another founder of LLC "Defense Technologies" Tatiana Sutko.
It is in her apartment that, according to his declaration, the former director of SE “Ukrainian Security Center” (at the Ministry of Economy) and former employee of Ukroboronservice Vladislav Glazunov.
And here again the confusion. In December 2019, NABU reported Glazunov of suspected state treason.
But, as Ukrainian Truth reports again, Plyatuk is now traveling abroad, using "armor" from mobilization. Moreover, while driving buses are mobilized in the road, the driver of the businessman also initially went freely to business trips abroad, and later received the disability of the second group.
Therefore, the position of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine becomes unclear when contracts are given to a private firm with signs of involvement of persons suspected of treason. Will it happen that information about our defense capability will have a leakage to Russia? After all, during the repair, apparently, admission to military units and military equipment is provided, and the enemy can learn about the readiness of our troops and their location.
