Today, a significant decrease in temperature is expected in Ukraine. The famous weather forecaster Natalka Didenko reported that at night the thermometer columns can drop to -12 ° C, and in the daytime the temperature will fluctuate within -1 ... -6 ° C.
Didenko noted that even moderate frosts can be dangerous to health, especially for people who have been outdoors for a long time or under low temperatures without proper protection. According to her, hypothermia can stop blood circulation and have serious consequences for the body. She also emphasized that they often underestimate the danger of frost, joking about slight temperature fluctuations, not realizing that even small frosts can harm health if you do not take precautions.
“It is not necessary to treat frost lightly. Overcooling and frostbite are possible even at -5 ° C or -10 ° C if you are on the street without proper clothing for a long time. And even if it is not about record frosts, the consequences can be serious, ”the weather forecaster warned.
On February 11, frosty weather is expected in Ukraine: at night the temperature can drop to -6 -12 ° C, in the afternoon from -2 to -6 ° C. In the south and west of the country, the temperature in the afternoon warms up to 3 ° C of frost, and in Transcarpathia the columns of thermometers will rise to +4 +7 ° C. Snow, according to the weather, is only possible at the end of the week.
In the morning and in the evening, frosty weather with a temperature within -7 -9 ° C at night and -2 -4 ° C in the afternoon is expected. Meteorologists predict that frosts will last for several days with slight fluctuations in temperature.
