In Dnipro, a 25-year-old BMW driver was involved in a serious incident that broke out due to a road conflict. During the dispute with the motorcyclist, the man decided to use a firearm. As a result of the shooting, the motorcyclist was not injured, but the event caused a significant response in the local community.
The Dnipro police detained a 25-year-old suspect for the shooting on the highway, he was informed of the suspicion, the National Police reported on July 25.
The BMW driver resolved the conflict with the motorcyclist with the help of a weapon. First, the suspect sprayed a gas canister, and then shot the victim with a traumatic gun. As a result of the incident, the driver of the motorcycle was injured
On July 24, around 9:00 p.m., the police received a report of a shooting on Naberezhna Peremogy Street in the city of Dnipro. The law enforcement officers established that a conflict occurred on the carriageway between a 25-year-old BMW driver and a motorcycle driver, as a result of which the 30-year-old victim was injured.
At the scene of the incident, law enforcement officers seized a pistol and shell casings. The police detained the driver of the car.
On July 25, investigators of the Dnipro District Police Department notified the man of suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. A pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
