The famous TV presenter Masha Efrosinina commented on Olga Freymut that their acquaintance was superficial, as well as that Masha could have mocked her Ukrainian language. Efrosinina voiced her position during the show "Adult Girls", which took place in Kiev.
Efrosinina stressed that she did not look completely Freymut's interview with Rami Aeshakzai, but she was sent some fragments that were surprised:
"I rarely allow myself to discuss at all publicly. I think it is unethical. And even more so, I do not allow myself to lie. Yes, I think she is lying."
Masha also noted that she always respected Olga's talent and considered her a future national star in a certain period. However, she emphasized - they are very different, especially in views on professional ethics.
The TV presenter categorically denied accusations of bullying through Ukrainian, which Freymut voiced. On the contrary, Efrosinina assured that she was the initiator of Olga's invitation to the Jury Shoumastgooon in 2012.
"I went to her future husband and persuaded him to put Olga Freymut in the jury. I said that the Ukrainian show should sound Ukrainian. And it was because of my ultimatum that Mrs. Freymut appeared there."
Masha also clarified that she was the leader, presenter and producer of the show, so she communicated directly with Olga on script and editorial issues:
"Therefore, everyone knew how her name was, no one laughed at her. Let's trust the facts."
After the statements of Efrosinina, active discussion broke out on social networks. Some of Freymut's supporters continue to support her, others believe that Olga's words could be an emotional evaluation of past events. However, most commentators agree that conflicts between public persons should be resolved not at the level of assumptions, but by operating with specifics.
Currently, Freymut has not commented on Efrosinina's public response.
