Later, the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region responded to the incident. According to law enforcement agencies, the police are working at the scene of the explosion in one of the central districts of Dnipro.
"As a result of the explosion, according to preliminary information, one person died, there are wounded, among them two policemen. The injured were taken to the hospital," the message reads.
The event took place on December 14 at around 2:45 p.m. The investigative and operational team of the police, explosives experts, forensic laboratory and all specialized services are working at the scene.
